(NASDAQ:ACAS) Those experiences led to securing the role of VP of M&A, Strategy and Innovation at Global developer and producer of sustainable natural ingredients and renewable energy, Darling Ingredients Inc. (NYSE: DAR),where I was a member of the management team that increased EBITDA by 100% over tenure. My most recent role was CEO & President for gene editing pioneer Calyxt Inc. (NASDAQ: CLXT), where I led a strategic pivot and growth plan that resulted in the reverse merger with Cibus Global, a S4 filing, and closing in May 2023.
