About Jay Panchal

Jay Panchal is an entrepreneur and mentor with experience spanning a variety of industries including Internet Marketplaces, E-Commerce, SaaS, Industrial Manufacturing, and CPG. Most recently, Jay was CEO and co-founder of Goodybag — an internet food-catering marketplace for enterprise customers — which he sold in 2016 and helped the acquirer grow from $50M to $150M in GMV. He also oversaw expansion into nearly 20 markets and helped acquire and integrate 14 companies across the US. Jay graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Systems Engineering, and is also an alum of Y-Combinator.
