Eric Blatt

Eric Blatt is a Partner at Scale LLP where he leads its Dual-Use and Emerging Defense Technology practice, representing more than 200 startups across a range of legal issues including federal contracting, defense industry and commercial transactions, venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, export controls and compliance, intellectual property management, and technology licensing. Eric also serves as Executive Director for the Alliance for Commercial Technology in Government, which advocates for the policy interests of emerging companies developing and delivering technology to the government.
