Don Proeschel

Don has a BS Nuclear Engineering degree from West Point and an MS in Management from UT Dallas. He served 6 years as an Army Officer in telecommunications, followed by 20 years in the defense industry, 15 years in telecommunications and nearly 3 years at UT Dallas, in a variety of leadership roles. Don has worked for a 7-person startup company, as well as 14 years with Texas Instruments. He has a passion to coach and mentor people and started a consulting business in 2016.
