Arun Prakash

Arun is CFO of The Boring Company, a tunneling and transportation company founded by Elon Musk. Arun is also founder and Managing Director of Carbon Arrow, a provider of operations and capital solutions to technology and services companies. Previously, Arun was CFO of Cerebri AI, a provider of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions to global Fortune 500 companies. Previously, Arun was a Partner with Virgo Capital, a private equity firm focused on technology investments. At Virgo Capital, Arun led numerous strategic, financial, and operational initiatives for the firm and its portfolio companies, including serving as CFO and COO of multiple investments, transforming all aspects of operations, and leading the acquisition, financing, and sale of multiple companies. Previously, Arun managed advanced dynamics & control system algorithm and software development for commercial and defense space systems at The Boeing Company. He also co-founded Terrafugia, an aviation industry startup now owned by Geely Holdings, the parent company of Volvo and Lotus, and worked at The Boston Consulting Group. Arun received his MBA from MIT, MS (Aeronautics & Astronautics) from Stanford, and BS (Aerospace Engineering) from Illinois Tech.
