Andy Anderson

Andy is currently VP Product Development, Consumer Products at Culligan International where his team is responsible for the product development of Culligan's consumer-focused line of water filtration products. Prior to Culligan, Andy was the Head of the Industrial & Agritech Portfolio at Synapse Product Development, a hardware development and technology firm with offices in Seattle and San Francisco. In this role, he was responsible for seeking out and working with those startups and Fortune 500 companies who are looking to disrupt their respective industries using hardware to solve challenging problems. His diverse background includes industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, climate tech, agriculture, IoT, food tech, and consulting. He's spent time in startups serving multiple roles: product manager, program manager, sales, operations, and engineer. Andy has advised a number of companies through their fundraising efforts, specifically relating to product strategy, go to market plans, and manufacturing. His clients have raised over $150 million.
