Chris Cochran

Chris co-founded and served as CEO of ProsperOps, a cost automation platform for businesses using the public cloud. ProsperOps was acquired by Flexera in December of 2025. Previously, Chris served as CEO of Chargify, a recurring billing and subscription management SaaS. Prior to Chargify, Chris was a SVP & GM at Rackspace. Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
