Eric Frahm

I’m an Air Force officer, pilot and part of the AFWERX team in Austin. I’m the Chief Product Officer for the Air Force’s Air Education and Training Command, overseeing innovation efforts spanning the Air Force’s recruiting, training, education and professional development missions. Our team manages over 100 projects, ranging from fairly small contract efforts to complex multi-year endeavors involving internal lean startups that mix with industry (yes, startups too!) and academia to break all-new ground. I’m excited to be a part of the Capital Factory community and contribute to your success.
