My career as a government affairs strategist and lobbyist has been defined by a unique path, from working on highly contested congressional races and Capitol Hill leadership offices to advising non-profits and Fortune 500 companies. Recently, I built out the government affairs officer from the ground up for Radiant Industries, the leading portable, micro nuclear reactor start-up.

This experience highlighted a critical gap: the need for start-ups to have a clear path to influence in Washington D.C. I founded Tenley Strategies to fill that need. My goal is to leverage my relationships and expertise to help your company open the right doors, build champions for your policies, and become the leading voice in your industry.
