Sam Glass

Sam Glass is a real estate merchant banker, advisor, investor, and board member focused on sectors serving the national interest, including defense infrastructure, off-post military housing, and data centers. He is a co-founder of Artis Capital, a Washington, DC–based merchant bank and capital markets advisor dedicated to building durable platforms with operators and investors.

A respected investor and strategic adviser to real estate growth companies, Sam has deep experience in capital raising, corporate finance, and pension fund investing from his early career at the World Bank. He also has served as a board member, advisor, and mentor with Iconic Journey in Commercial Real Estate (IJC), helping to guide and support the next generation of commercial real estate founders and leaders in the DC area.

Sam identified Station DC as a successor home for commercial real estate founders and aspiring founders in the Capital Region, and looks forward to mentoring members committed to strengthening DC’s resilience and growth.
